Bill Koch – President & CEO
Bill Koch brings more than 20 years of business aviation career experience with industry-leading organizations in aircraft management, jet charter and Fixed Base Operations. Prior to joining Imaginaire, Mr. Koch most recently served as President & COO for Seven Bar Enterprises, Inc. a Dallas–based FBO and flight services firm. Mr. Koch previously served as President of AMR COMBS, the executive aviation affiliate of American Airlines, and subsidiary of AMR Corp. AMR Combs was widely recognized as a premier provider of executive aviation services through its network of 15 Fixed Based Operations , worldwide flight operations, aircraft sales, aircraft parts, product support and aircraft maintenance services. Koch is an active civic and community leader in Dallas. He earned his BA from Southern Methodist University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Frontiers of Flight Museum, recently completed his service as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Air Transportation Association, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of the Air Charter Safety Foundation.

Jon Maxfield – Director of Sales & Marketing
Jon Maxfield brings over 12 years of sales, marketing and operational experience to Imaginaire. He most recently served as a Director of Sales for one of the largest charter operators in the US where he developed an extensive base of retail charter and brokerage clients in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Mr. Maxfield’s career began in 1997 with Bombardier Aerospace, where he ultimately ended up leading the sponsorship development efforts for business aircraft, including the management of partnerships with the Indy Racing League, PGA TOUR, Polo Clubs nationwide, Texas Motor Speedway and several NFL teams. As a commercial rated pilot, Mr. Maxfield’s passion for aviation began while earning his Bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Maxfield’s role is to successfully market and maximize the charter revenue of our owner’s aircraft.

Gerald Shaw – Director of Operations
Gerald Shaw’s experience spans more than 30 years in the aviation industry. His primary responsibility is operational control of all aspects of Imaginaire’s fleet of business. Safety is his number one priority. With over 14,000 PIC flight hours, 12,000 multi-engine hours and over 5,000 hours of turbojet experience, his knowledge is one of our key foundations. A native of Louisiana, Mr. Shaw studied aviation and business at Northeast Louisiana University and the University of New Orleans. His flight training experience includes initial and recurrent Learjet, Hawker, Westwind, Sabreliners and various turbo props and twins from Flight Safety and SimuFlite. His leadership is at the core of our business expansion.

Eddie Fincher – Director of Maintenance
Mr. Fincher’s career includes over 38 years in the maintenance field starting with his career in the U.S. Army as a Crew Chief. Mr. Fincher has extensive background working with Challenger, Global and Gulfstream aircraft as Regional Sales Manager with Bombardier and then as a Manager with Duncan and KC Aviation. Mr. Fincher’s passion for safety and proven leadership in maintenance operations is the driving force for the safe operation and maintenance of our client’s aircraft.

Scott Meek - Chief Pilot
Scott Meek joined the Imaginaire team in 2005 and currently serves as Chief Pilot. He began a life in aviation at a young age as the son of an Air Force fighter pilot. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Aviation from South Eastern Oklahoma State University and began his aviation career in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. He now has over 7,000 flight hours with an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and type ratings in the Learjet and the Boeing 737. Mr. Meek understands what it takes to go the extra mile and enjoys going the distance on every flight. He proudly oversees an experienced team of pilots dedicated to safely providing the highest level of customer service.
